Writing for Film, Stage, and Television Certificate
Units required for Certificate:15-16
The Writing for Film, Stage, and Television Certificate is designed for individuals who seek training in their pursuit of a career in television writing, playwriting, and/or screenwriting. To attain this certificate students will produce at least two of the following in their coursework: one feature length screenplay, one original pilot (the first episode of a television show) and/or one full length play. This portfolio will help students seek representation from managers and agents in the film industry after graduation. Upon successful completion of the designated course of study, a certificate will be awarded.
